Landing page guide · Webinar registration

A webinar registration page that fills seats.

People register for a webinar when they believe the hour will be worth it. The page has to make the topic, the speakers and the takeaway concrete, remove any doubt about when and how to join, and make registering take seconds.

Design yours now — the brief is ready

A professional webinar registration landing page for a 45-minute live session called "Planning your first online store": a hero with the session title, date, time with time zone and a Save my seat button, what you'll learn in four points, two speaker profiles with photos, a short registration form, a note that registrants get the recording, and an add-to-calendar confirmation. Navy, white and coral with a clean modern sans-serif.

Your first design is free, with no sign-up. Change anything in the brief, then press Generate.

What a webinar registration page needs

The sections worth building, and why each one earns its place.

  1. A title with an outcome

What attendees will know or be able to do afterwards. A specific outcome beats a broad topic.

  2. Date, time and time zone

Stated clearly, with a way to add it to a calendar. Confusion here costs attendance.

  3. What you'll cover

Three to five points from the agenda.

  4. The speakers

Photos, roles and why they're worth an hour of someone's time.

  5. A short registration form

Name and email, plus one qualifying question at most.

  6. Recording and joining details

Say whether there'll be a recording and how people join, so those who can't make it live still register.

Tips that get more people to act

  • Put the form, or the register button, in the first screen.
  • Show the time in the visitor's own time zone where you can.
  • Send a calendar invite and reminders after registration.
  • Make the confirmation page useful: add to calendar, what to prepare, and a link to share.

What to avoid

  • A time with no time zone.
  • Long forms asking for company size, budget and phone for a free session.
  • Vague titles like "Industry insights".
  • Adding registrants to a mailing list without telling them.
Webinar registration

Common questions.

3 answers, each one complete on its own. Search them, or ask us directly.

  1. The title and what people will learn, the date and time with time zone, an agenda, speaker profiles, a short registration form, and whether a recording will be available.

  2. As short as possible: name and email, and at most one qualifying question. Longer forms put people off registering for a free session.

  3. Yes, if there is one. People who can't attend live will still register, and you can send them the replay.
