§ 1 — Design tool plans and coins

Subscriptions and coin packs

1.1 Cancelling a plan

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account or the Dodo Payments customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your plan until then. You are not charged again.

1.2 Refunds

Subscriptions and coin packs are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Terms & conditions (section 3.5). Unused monthly coins do not roll over.

§ 2 — Marketplace

Marketplace templates

A template is a digital product that is added to your projects the moment you buy it, so a purchase can't be refunded once the template is in your projects.

§ 3 — Development services

Projects we build for you

3.1 Cancelling a project

You can cancel a project at any time, in writing, by sending a cancellation request from your project room. You pay for work completed and committed up to that point, and we refund the rest of what you have paid. “Committed” means work in progress in the current milestone and anything we cannot reassign at short notice; we show you the calculation.

3.2 What is not refunded

Milestones you have already approved, third-party fees we paid on your behalf, and the payment processor's fee on the refunded payment.

3.3 If we cancel

If we cancel for any reason other than a breach on your side, you pay only for work completed, and we refund the balance in full, including any deposit not yet used.

3.4 Monthly plans

Care, Build, Grow and Scale plans can be cancelled in the project room. A plan whose first month hasn't been paid simply ends. Otherwise it runs to the later of the end of its minimum term or one full billing month after the month in progress, and nothing is billed after that. A plan month that has started isn't refundable.

§ 4 — How refunds are paid

Timing and method

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card and UPI refunds usually appear within 5–7 working days of being issued; bank transfers depend on your bank. Where the original route is unavailable, we refund by bank transfer instead. A payment taken twice for the same invoice or order is refunded in full.
