Nothing is shipped, there are no shipping charges, and nothing is exchanged physically. This page sets out how and when each is delivered.
Plans and coin packs
Access is delivered online, to your account, as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a few minutes. If it hasn't appeared within an hour, email us with your payment reference.
Templates
A template you buy is added to your projects immediately after payment, ready to open and edit.
Projects we build for you
Work is delivered in the milestones and on the dates set out in the proposal you accept, through your project room: each milestone is submitted there for you to review and approve. At final delivery we hand over the source code, documentation and access to the accounts set up for you. Dates move only as the Services Agreement allows, and we tell you when they do.
Exchanges
As nothing physical is sold, there are no exchanges. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & refund policy.
