Undo and version history

Press Undo in the editor's header, or Ctrl+Z (⌘Z). To go further back, open History in the left rail and restore any recent change.

Undo

The Undo button (the curved arrow in the header) reverses your last saved change, and shows how many steps are available. Ctrl+Z, or ⌘Z on a Mac, does the same while you aren't typing in a field.

Version history

  • Every change is saved as you work. Open History in the left rail to see them.
  • "Restore" takes the site back to just before a change, and a restore can itself be undone.
  • The last 20 changes are kept. To keep a version for good, save a named snapshot ("Named snapshots").

How do I undo a change in the editor?
