Before you commit: free scoping
AI project scoping turns an idea into a written spec — features, stack, timeline and risks — with no sign-up. It's a quick way to see what you are asking for before you talk to anyone.
How a project runs
- Requirements. Press "Have us build it" in the editor, or "Start a project" on services.sketchxflow.com. An assistant asks about what you need and writes it down as a requirements document; you can add sketches, PDFs or screenshots. This step is free, and you can stop at any point.
- A call. Leave your phone number and email and book a 30-minute Google Meet call with the team, on a working day between 10:00 and 19:00 IST. The price is walked through on the call.
- Proposal. Your requirements are priced per module — each with its scope, acceptance criteria and a fixed price — and grouped into milestones with a date for each.
- Accept. You accept in writing in your project room and pay a deposit; work starts once it's paid.
- Milestones. Progress, questions, files and approvals all live in the project room. You approve each milestone against its acceptance criteria, and each is invoiced when you approve it.
- Handover. The code transfers to you on final payment, and defects are fixed free for 30 days.

Prices and changes
- Work is priced per module from ₹12,000, never per hour. Every kind of module is on the services price list.
- Asking for something outside a module's acceptance criteria is a change: it's priced from the same list and you accept it before any work starts. See when scope changes.
